BEHIND NO AGING

I built this because my own body was breaking down

From the outside, my life looked like success. Nearly two decades in investment banking across Europe's financial capitals. High pressure. Constant performance. No off switch. Career, family, sport, all the way to the junior national team. Inside, my body was falling apart.

The brain fog came first. Then the heaviness, the broken sleep, the relentless stress, and an exhaustion no amount of coffee could fix. Like most high performers, I ignored it and pushed harder. Until it hit me: the problem wasn't my motivation. My body was overloaded and aging faster than it should have been.
 

I did what most people do. A new fix for every symptom. Another supplement for every fix. Nothing really changed. So I flipped the logic. Instead of adding more, I started stripping things away, removing the load piece by piece and letting my body breathe.

My energy climbed to a level I hadn't felt since my early twenties. My sleep got deeper, my focus sharper, and the inflammation faded. A GlycanAge test confirmed what I already felt: that I was biologically 15 years younger than my actual age.
