The following withdrawal policy applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Part A applies to the purchase of the online course (digital content); Part B applies to the booking of coaching services (services).
We grant this right of withdrawal to all consumers regardless of their country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Part A: Withdrawal Policy for the Online Course (Digital Content)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun with the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that by giving this consent you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us, relative to the full coverage of the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and began performing the service only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
